Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and providing data-driven insights to support our Customer Experience Center (CXC) initiatives within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking operations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements related to CXC operations in the banking sector.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Create detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
4. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
5. Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
6. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
7. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)) are a plus.

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry.
2. Strong understanding of CXC operations and customer service principles.
