Job Overview

ACHNET Demo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Apprentice Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and office administration. This role will support the HR and administrative functions, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Help coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Provide support in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assist in benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
