We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in shaping Redington’s brand presence, driving demand generation, and enhancing channel and vendor engagement across one of the region’s most strategic markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi market, strong relationships in the local ecosystem, and a proven track record in B2B, partner, and field marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop and implement a robust marketing strategy tailored to the Kingdom, aligned with business goals and regional direction.
  2. Collaborate with business unit heads and vendors to prioritize campaigns and marketing investments.
  3. Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI across all programs.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  1. Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with key technology vendors and channel partners.
  2. Support channel development through enablement programs, training sessions, and incentive structures.
  3. Work closely with sales teams to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.

Demand Generation

  1. Conceptualize and roll out campaigns targeting end customers across SMB, mid-market, enterprise, and public sector segments.
  2. Drive leads, pipeline growth, and partner-sourced opportunities.
  3. Leverage events, webinars, workshops, and account-based marketing tactics.

Events & Brand Activation

  1. Lead Redington’s participation in strategic events and local roadshows.
  2. Design memorable brand activations that reflect Redington’s leadership in technology enablement.
  3. Work with vendors to amplify their presence in KSA through physical and digital experiences.

PR & Local Positioning

  1. Manage media relations and drive Redington’s visibility in the Saudi market through PR outreach and strategic communications.
  2. Develop locally relevant narratives and thought leadership content in coordination with regional brand teams.
  3. Ensure Redington is positioned as a trusted advisor and strategic partner across industries and audiences.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  1. Lead a local marketing team and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and regional marketing counterparts.
  2. Foster a culture of creativity, agility, and performance.
  3. Represent KSA marketing priorities in regional forums and contribute to long-term planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 8–12 years of progressive experience in B2B or channel marketing, preferably in IT distribution, technology vendors, or large partner ecosystems.
  2. Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and established relationships within the local tech and media communities.
  3. Proven ability to design and execute multi-channel marketing programs with measurable impact.
  4. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  5. Fluency in Arabic & English is essential
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
