Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Digital Banking Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our digital banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of banking operations, digital technologies, and architectural best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of digital banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.
• Define and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for digital banking platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and vendors to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of digital banking applications.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital banking space.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Digital Banking Architect or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of banking operations, including retail banking, payments, and lending.
• Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, such as mobile banking, internet banking, and API integrations.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking industry.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
