Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion S2P Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM), particularly in the Schedule to Produce process, including manufacturing, planning, and inventory modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyse requirements, configure Oracle Fusion applications, and ensure successful implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse and document business requirements related to manufacturing, production planning and Schedule to Produce process.
2. Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules including:
3. Manufacturing
4. Inventory Management
5. Work Orders
6. Design and implement solutions that align with business goals and Oracle best practices.
7. Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues.
8. Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, reports, and integrations.
9. Conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
10. Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with at least 2 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
3. Strong knowledge of Schedule to Produce processes and Oracle Fusion Manufacturing.
4. Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations and upgrades.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM or Manufacturing.
2. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
3. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware tools.
4. Knowledge on Supply Planning is preferred.
