Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level - 5 to 8 years

Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion SCM modules, and providing ongoing support and optimization. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and related business processes, along with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to manufacturing, production planning, and Schedule to Produce processes.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules including: Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Work Orders.
  • Design and implement solutions that align with business goals and Oracle best practices.
  • Conduct functional testing, support UAT, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, reports, and integrations.
  • Conduct system and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support post-implementation activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FSDs, test scripts, and training materials.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Work Orders.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, production planning, and related business processes.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain functional documentation.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
  • Experience with other Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Planning Central, Order Management).
  • Experience with data migration and integration.
  • Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Competitive, commensurate with experience.
