Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing business processes, identifying requirements, and delivering strategic solutions to enhance business performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
2. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to identify business needs and opportunities.
3. Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
4. Develop process models and workflow diagrams to enhance business operations.
5. Work with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
6. Validate solutions through testing and user feedback to ensure alignment with business goals.
7. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
2. Proven experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
3. Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio).
4. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Demonstrated ability to gather and document detailed business requirements.
7. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates.
