Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a skilled Oracle Retail Xstore Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Xstore POS solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of retail business processes, Xstore architecture, and related technologies. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and contribute to the overall success of our clients' retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. (Core Java ,J2EE, JDBC, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, PLSQL)
2. XStore - Customizations, Configurations, UI Changes, Locale Changes, Handling Data issues, POS Deployment, Issue Analysis and Fixing, Device Configurations, In/Out bound data mapping )
3. Design and configure Oracle Xstore POS applications based on client requirements.
4. Customize Xstore workflows, screens, and functionalities to align with client specifications.
5. Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation and integration of Xstore solutions.
6. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of the POS systems.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation related to Xstore configurations and customizations.
8. Stay updated with the latest Xstore features, patches, and upgrades to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Xstore with other enterprise systems.
10. Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues related to Xstore applications for clients.
11. At least 2 Implementation and 2 Support projects for XStore (as mentioned below)
12. Good communication skills.
13. Experience in onsite-offshore model

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

1. 3+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore development.
2. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions.
3. Strong knowledge of Xstore architecture, configurations, and modules.
4. Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with relevant technologies such as XML, SQL, and web services.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM).
2. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
3. Experience with version control systems such as Git.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
