Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Lead to lead and guide our development teams. The ideal candidate will be a technical leader with a strong background in .NET development, architecture, and design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of software development best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide other developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the technical point of contact for the development team and stakeholders.
2. Lead solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, fostering team development and knowledge sharing.
4. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure code quality.
5. Develop, optimize, and maintain backend solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, EF / EF Core, Dapper.
6. Design and implement RESTful APIs, ensuring adherence to OpenAPI and documentation standards.
7. Build responsive frontend interfaces using Angular or React, with TypeScript and jQuery.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1. .NET (4.x / 5+), C#, ASP.NET MVC / Web API
2. ORM: Entity Framework / ADO.NET / Dapper
3. Frontend: TypeScript, Angular / React, HTML, CSS / SCSS, Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
4. Database: SQL Server / MySQL / PostgreSQL
5. Testing: NUnit / xUnit / MSTest / Jest / Jasmine
6. Version Control: Git (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps)
7. Architecture Patterns: Design Patterns, SOLID, Layered / Microservices / Event-Driven (RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus)
8. Security: OAuth2 / OpenID Connect, Data Protection, Access Control
9. Code Quality: SonarQube, Code Reviews, Coding Standards
10. Agile: Scrum / Kanban
11. Technical Documentation (HLD / LLD / NFRs), Team Leadership, Task Deliverable Management

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Capability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable systems
2. Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in agile ceremonies and tools
3. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS), including deployment and resource configuration
