Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java-based applications and microservices. This role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
2. Develop and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
3. Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and other testing frameworks.
4. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
6. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies.
2. Experience with Spring Boot framework.
3. Experience in developing and deploying Microservices.
4. Experience with JUnit for unit testing.
5. Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
2. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
4. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
