Job Overview:

Aspire Systems is seeking a skilled and experienced Guidewire Claim Center Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the Guidewire platform, excellent programming skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The candidate will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter applications based on business requirements.
2. Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and web services.
3. Customize and extend ClaimCenter functionality using Gosu, XML, and other relevant technologies.
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
5. Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
6. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ClaimCenter applications.

Educational Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer.
2. Strong proficiency in Gosu, XML, and related technologies.
3. Experience with Guidewire configuration, integration and customization.
4. Solid understanding of the insurance industry and claims processes.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Guidewire certification is mandatory.

Good-to-Have Skills:

1. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
2. Knowledge of integration patterns and web services.
3. Experience with testing frameworks and tools.
