Senior Consultant- BA (12-15 years’ experience) Experience: 12- 15 years Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 12-15 years of experience to drive business transformation initiatives by partnering closely with customers, industry experts, product managers, and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-impact solutions in complex environments. Key Responsibilities: • Engage proactively with customers, industry experts, product managers, and technical teams to deeply understand and analyze detailed business processes and objectives. • Lead business process analysis, redesign initiatives, and roadmap planning efforts aligned with organizational strategy. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into detailed and unambiguous documentation. • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, development teams, and subject matter experts to design solutions that meet business goals and ensure project success. • Perform comprehensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize operational workflows. • Own and maintain business requirements artifacts including user stories, business requirements documents (BRD/BRS), functional specifications (FSD), and prototypes with a focus on clarity and completeness. • Define acceptance criteria, user scenarios, and ensure requirements are agile-ready to support sprint planning and delivery by scrum teams. • Plan and facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement elicitation meetings to gather insights, validate requirements, and assess current state business processes. • Provide guidance and training to end-users on new system features and functionality to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption. • Partner closely with Product Owners, and if necessary, act as Product Owner to prioritize and manage the product backlog in alignment with business priorities. Preferred Qualifications: • 12-15 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex projects. • Strong expertise in business process analysis, documentation standards, and Agile methodologies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
