Job Overview

ApMoSys Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual testing within the Banking domain, specifically with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) applications. This role requires a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The candidate should be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute test cases and test plans based on software requirements and design specifications.
2. Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
3. Perform regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved.
4. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify testing objectives.
5. Participate in test plan and test case reviews.
6. Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
7. Create clear, concise, and detailed test reports.

Educational Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Must-Have Skills

1. 1-5 years of experience in manual software testing.
2. Experience testing LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System) applications.
3. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
4. Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

1. Experience with test automation tools.
2. Knowledge of banking domain regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Experience with performance testing.
