Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Manager to join our team at Granules India Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR technology, particularly SAP and other HR management systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving HR initiatives that support the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS and HRMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflows.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
  • Manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
  • Utilize SAP and other IT tools to generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Lead HR integration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with business goals.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, HRCI) are a plus.

Must-Have Skills

  • Extensive experience with SAP HR modules, including implementation and configuration.
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS and HRMS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Project management skills.
