DESCRIPTION

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR administration to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Recruitment & Onboarding

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout)
  2. Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees
  3. Maintain recruitment trackers and employee records

🔹 HR Operations

  1. Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR MIS
  2. Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
  3. Support payroll inputs and coordinate with payroll team/vendor

🔹 Employee Relations

  1. Act as a point of contact for employee queries
  2. Support employee engagement initiatives
  3. Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary procedures

🔹 Statutory Compliance

  1. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  2. PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
  3. Coordinate audits and statutory filings

🔹 Performance & Policy Support

  1. Assist in performance appraisal processes
  2. Implement HR policies and procedures
  3. Support training and development programs

Skills & Competencies

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
  3. Good organizational and documentation skills
  4. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS tools
  5. Ability to handle confidential information

Educational Qualification

  1. MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
  2. Bachelor’s degree mandatory

Experience

  1. 1–4 years of experience in HR operations / generalist role
  2. Freshers with relevant HR internships may apply
