Job Overview

Fowler Westrup India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Executive to manage our store operations in Malur, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of SAP systems and a proven track record in store management within the engineering industry. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day store operations, including receiving, stocking, and dispatching materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP system and conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and security of inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement and production departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Manage the organization and layout of the store to optimize space utilization and accessibility.
• Process incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring proper documentation and verification.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant store metrics.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Diploma in Material Management or equivalent qualification will be considered.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in SAP for inventory management and material tracking.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store management within the engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse and material handling.
