All of us at some point or another have experienced some sort of turmoil within our personal relationships. And when we're frustrated, it can be common for us to throw insults or blame the other person. Take full ownership of your feelings in regards to any disputes that you're involved in. Instead of saying "you do this" say "when this happens, I feel XYZ." Notice how when your relationship to the struggle changes and you can approach it from a space of ownership as opposed to pointing fingers, how much better reception you get from the other party involved.
