Empowerment Coach Jillian Arena of Intuitive Balance Coaching Gives us her tip of the day: Waking Up with Energy If you ever wak up and don't feel very good or you're not quite awake yet. Let me give you a tip to start your day with a little more energy and enthusiasm. The second that your feet hit the floor, don't even think about it, don't care who's watching, just start jumping up and down. Shake your body in every single way you can think of. Shake your head, your arms, legs, your feet--jump, jump, jump. What this does is it starts to move all this energy into your system and you'll probably start laughing too. It's a great way to start your day off on the right foot.
