Lissa Qualls is a lifelong entrepreneur and she is passionate about helping leaders improve their communication skills so that no one is alone on the road. She have a unique perspective on developing positive and impact communication strategies for individuals and teams. From building a clinic in Haiti to schools in Rwanda to executive director of a nonprofit and opening a coffee shop, she had quickly learnt how to communicate effectively in crucial situations where language was a barrier. Today, she draw on these experiences by leading workshops and coaching sessions with C-suite executives and leaders both domestically and internationally. In doing so, she focus on building trust through better communication and individual awareness to change the course of their teams.
